Allure Condominiums will offer 15 floor plans, with studios, suites and penthouse apartments. One-, two- and three-bedroom layouts are available.

The twin 40-story towers will be home to 403 residences. Construction is scheduled to begin in spring 2005, with completion slated for early 2007.
