The curve is located in the quickly expanding, southwest part of the valley, just off the 215 beltway at Durango. It will feature two 19 story living towers, as well as retail shops and restaurants within the 42.5 acres adjacent to the 215.

With six different floor plans, including a 2 story unit, The Curve offers either a view of the Las Vegas strip or a view of the western mountains.

Condominiums will range in size from 1,103 to 2,025 square feet and will feature 10' to 20' ceilings and terraces. In addition to the Viking designer appliances, Curve condos feature Koehler bath and kitchen fixtures, tile and marble flooring and an outdoor terrace for each condo.
