Once home to the Holy Cow
Brew Pub, the northeast corner of Sahara and Las Vegas
Boulevard could soon become home to one of the tallest
residential buildings in the world. The 73-story Summit
will tower more than 900 feet above the Las Vegas
Strip.
Ivana will feature 960 units ranging in price from
$600,000 for a suite to $35 million for a 15,000-square-foot
penthouse. The building is the brainchild of Australian
developers Victor Altomare and Joseph Di Mauro, and
completion is slated for 2007.
Ivana's on-Strip location will provide easy access
to the exciting casinos, restaurants and nightlife
that Las Vegas has to offer. U.S. Highway 95 and Interstate
15 offer access to other locations in the Las Vegas
valley.
