Formerly known as Madison Towers, the new Turnberry Towers is being developed by Turnberry Associates as an affordable complement to its luxury Turnberry Place. Although prices may be a bit lower at Turnberry Towers, there are a wealth of amenities in this high-rise condominium community.

There are four floor plans, ranging from 915 to 1,937 square feet. Two 45-story towers will host residences overlooking both the Las Vegas Country Club and the famed Las Vegas Strip.

Construction on the first tower is slated to break ground in May 2005.

Turnberry Towers will be located at Karen and Paradise, just one-half mile off the Las Vegas Strip. Interstate 15 and U.S. Highway 93/95 provide easy access to other locations in the Las Vegas valley.
